VIEW FULL UPDATE SEQUENCE
Holy Hell, it's been a minute! Well I assure you that I am not dead, although I don't really know what constitutes as alive at this point..
I've been busy as ever. I've switched jobs and I'm in the process of moving (again), but hopefully that means that I'll be able to work on some bigger tech projects and pull a few things out of storage to talk about. More on that soon.
Here are some things I've been doing in recent time:
More Weird/Obscure $hit links and my Music Demos of course
I spruced up the Music Recs page a bit, and added 2 new playlists: Electronic Dunce Music (As well as NEWSKOOL SYNTHBOPS) and Dilbert 3: Extended OST (real). OFC Ive added new tracks to all the playlists as well, as I do.
For fun I made a little chart for all my slimecore playlists, placing them all on axis' of the LSD Dream Emulator Scale: HERE. It's om the Music Recs page as well.
I fixed this silly little issue with how the 88x31 buttons display. It's suppose to be 2 side by side all the way down, but in chrome based browsers they all arrange in one row. It should look good now in all browsers.
I've started to add some of my better music tracks on the Newgrounds audio portal. If you are a Newgrounds User, you should Come Give me Some Stars!!.. well, only if you feel like it.
I somewhat recently thrifted a DX7 keyboard!! This is like my dream synth, and I'm super psyched that I actually HAVE one. Here is a photo of it set up with my PSS-480, and Briefcase PC

I finally updated my briefcase PC project page to tell you about the upgrades that have been made. Took me long enough, Take a look at it here
I added a photography page!, for all the photos I take. I also plan to add an RSS counterpart for these photos. If you've found and been through my clickhole, you would have noticed that they main loop of pages are my photos. I still add stuff to the clickhole but not as often as id like..
I revisited My BattleStation History Page and added a brief description to give context for all the pictures. I also RSSified them and added 'em all to the feed. It was very long overdue, I felt like just having the images with no explanation was just silly, like look at me and all my E-waste im sooo kool. I have more Battlestation Pics from the last 2 years to post here, they will come along once I update my update script.
I made all the BattleStation RSS post dates in line when they were taken, and I also went back and changed a few Chamber of Reflection posts of me posting my older stuff to reflect the content's creation date in the RSS counterpart. So now if you look at the RSS feed it's all nice and chronological and i'd like to keep it that way.

I've uploaded this Editing images in Audacity instructional video I made in 2020 when I was experimenting with types of media for this site. I wanted to re-record the voice over because I found it to be a little awkward, but at this point I don't really care. If you do go about trying this in audacity I would suggest either using an old version of audacity or a fork, because in an update within the recent past audacity was found to be doing some spyware bullshit. Enjoy!

This is exactly what I did.I've gotten my fileserver back, so you will likely see some of my old videos / projects / Art + photography / tech stuff etc etc finally debut on the site.
Some of my thoughts on the Darkroom update:
Honestly, as with everything I do I really wish that I could have done more with this update, but it took a lot longer than I expected it to. I really wanted to make all of the music tracks for the pages instead of relying mostly on the Yume Nikki OST, but since I feel like the update sequence is just sort of a artistic retelling of a specific period in my life, and I had been playing Yume Nikki a lot at that time, it feels fitting at least.
I also wanted all of the photos to be ones that I had taken, but I just didn't have enough. So I had to lift a few images from tumblr (the main centered images that is, all the other ones are geocites and angelfire gifs ofc), but on all of those images I had edited/animated them significantly to fit the theme of the update. I would credit those tumblr accounts for the source images, but I'm a lazy fuck and honestly its very likely the people who had posted those liminal space type images on their tumblr blogs didn't take them in the first place, so idk. Maybe I'll change my mind about that later.
Creating a scene in garry's mod with halflife props to overlay on one of my photos was just too hilarious, I couldn't resist it
Like I said, I really wish I could have made this update so SOOO much longer and more elaborate and maze like, but there is always future updates, right? I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did making it
